The site is adjacent to Salmon Harvester's 2 Glasswharf development which has recently completed and already attracted a letting of 28,445 sq.ft. to PwC. When constructed, 3 Glass Wharf will complete development fronting the floating harbour, provide a new public amenity area and is part of a wider master plan which granted outline planning consent in 2003.
The development will comprise a total of 114,830 sq.ft. net approx. with typical floor plates comprising 15,070 sq.ft. net approx. The property will also incorporate a secure basement car park with cycle parking and separate basement level showers/locker rooms.
